Contrail has released another experimental update for its Falcon 50.

Version 1.0.5-rc2 introduces several improvements, particularly to the aircraft's autopilot and autothrottle.

Notable changes include smoother pitch-trim operation, improved autothrottle stability with hardware controllers, corrections to navigation behaviour and better frame-rate performance.

The passenger cabin also receives an improvement: entertainment screens can now alternate between flight statistics and a live route map.

The update remains on the experimental channel while further testing continues. It has not yet become the standard public release.
