Microsoft has officially released Sim Update 7.1, version 1.9.21.0.
The important change for BizJet Pilot readers is a correction to an aerodynamic calculation that had incorrectly reduced aircraft drag.
Previous reporting identified affected aircraft including the FSReborn Phenom 300E and SimWorks Studios PC-12. However, the official release notes do not specify individual aircraft or quantify the performance improvement.
This is particularly relevant to pilots concerned with accurate cruise performance, descent planning and aircraft handling.
